Individual Therapy
Snowy has an office-based private practice on Ithaca’s South Hill.
She occasionally has openings for new clients and you can contact her if you are interested in outpatient therapy.
Snowy’s outpatient, office-based therapy is rooted in AEDP, experiential therapy, eco therapy, IFS, and is trauma-informed. She has been a practicing therapist for 15+ years.
Snowy works with all adults, ages 18 and older.
*Please note that, due to high demand, Snowy does not keep a waiting list. If she doesn’t have an opening to work with you, she will provide you with the contact information for local therapists that practice therapy similarly to her.
For a 55 minute therapy session…
Out-of-Pocket fee is $200 for an intake session and $165 for a regular session. Superbills will be provided so that you can seek insurance reimbursement.
Snowy is in-network with Aetna, Excellus BCBS, Optum, and Medicare. Cost of a therapy session would be your usual co-pay or co-insurance for an in-network provider.
